American Education Services (AES)

AES serves as the loan servicing provider for all MEFA education and education refinancing loan borrowers. AES is the student loan servicing operation of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), which has a 50-plus year history of providing quality customer service to millions of student loan borrowers through highly trained and experienced customer service representatives.

Entech

Entech provides loan origination processing and call center operations for all MEFA education and education refinancing loan borrowers. Entech’s Loan Origination Operations Center, Originate™, combines AppWorks, the most extensive loan origination technology currently available, with expert customer care and loan processing services delivered through its secure, state of the art loan operations center.

Fidelity Investments

Fidelity Investments manages MEFA’s U.Fund<sup>®</sup>, the Massachusetts 529 College Investing Plan, as well as Attainable<sup>®</sup>, the Massachusetts ABLE program.
