Education Planning Center
Project college costs and create a personal savings strategy for each child in your family.
How It Works
Learn the steps to get started.
Navigate to mefa.inviteeducation.com and select Create Account. Then simply provide your first and last name and your email address. After you click the confirmation link sent to your email address, you will be prompted to create a password for your account. Next, you will input your family name, zip code, and the name(s), birthdate(s), and grade level(s) of your child(ren).
Record your current college savings account value and your monthly contribution. Visit the Financial Center and record the savings for each child in your family. You may need to visit your account savings statements to find this amount. Report your Adjusted Gross Income from your most recent federal tax return, which will help assess your eligibility for future financial aid.
Based on these figures, you’ll be shown your projected school cost, potential financial aid, and estimated college savings at the time of your child’s college enrollment. And the result? You’ll know whether or not you’ll have a shortfall when it comes time to pay that college bill.
If you find you need to save more to cover projected college costs, you’ll see tips on how to do just that. MEFA’s Education Planning Center also includes tools and calculators, a resource center, a scholarship search, and more.
