Attainable^® Event Request Form

Please use this form to request an event about MEFA’s Attainable® Savings Plan for your organization. Provide a first choice date, a second choice date if possible, and the start time that you prefer. Please select dates that allow at least three weeks for scheduling. We will work to schedule your event as requested and will follow up with you by email.
