Sport Clips Help a Hero Scholarship

How to Apply: Complete the online application.
Eligibility: Must be a retired, honorably discharged, or active duty member of the National Guard or Reserve who has completed Basic Training and follow-on training, is separated with or currently holds a military rank of E-5 or below, and is accepted to or currently enrolled in a VA-approved program or school at an accredited postsecondary institution
Amount: Up to $5,000

Overseas Press Club Foundation Scholarship

How to Apply: Submit a resume emphasizing past journalism experience, language, and media skills, a one-page cover letter explaining how you developed an interest in journalism and how you would use the scholarship to further your career in journalism, and a work sample of either print, photo, or video and audio journalism.
Eligibility: Open to college juniors and seniors and graduate students that have demonstrated an interest in international journalism
