Did you know there are several easy ways for friends and family members to contribute to your or your child’s college savings or ABLE account? With more money in the account to invest and earn returns, your savings have the potential to grow faster to help you reach your savings goals.

MEFA Savings Gift Cards

The MEFA Gift of College Card and MEFA Gift of Independence Card provide friends and family members a tangible way to contribute toward an individual’s college savings account, student loan balance, or ABLE account. Cards can be purchased at Stop & Shop, Cumberland Farms, and CVS stores in Massachusetts, or online at mefa.org/giftcard. The gift card can be redeemed into a designated savings or student loan account at Gift of College’s website

U.Fund Gifting Page

If your child has a U.Fund 529 College Investing Plan account, you can set up a gifting dashboard where friends and family members can give a gift to your U.Fund account. They can even print out a certificate to present to your child.

Gift of College Member Page

Create a member profile on GiftofCollege.com and link your college savings or ABLE account information to provide your loved ones a simple way to gift funds into your accounts.
