What better time than new year’s to provide a boost to your finances by finding college scholarships? With the new year comes new opportunities for students to earn money for college, and the scholarships available this coming year focus on a wide range of interests. Review our list below and make sure to review details in full and apply on time.

The Gallery Collection Create-A-Greeting-Card Scholarship

Details: Create an original front cover of a greeting card using an original photo, piece of artwork, or computer graphic

Eligibility: Open to all students at least 14 years of age in high school or college

Prize: $10,000

Deadline: March 2nd


Intertech Foundation STEM Scholarship

Details: Submit a high school transcript, resume, two letters of recommendation, and one-page essay speaking to what you hope to accomplish after college graduation

Eligibility: Open to all current college students and college-bound high school seniors planning to study computer science and with a GPA of 3.3 or higher

Prize: $2,500

Deadline: March 10th


Odenza Marketing Group Scholarship

Details: Submit answers to two essay questions speaking to (1) a city that you believe would benefit your future career and (2) why you believe you should receive this scholarship

Eligibility: Open to all high school and college students who are citizens of the U.S. are Canada and are ages 16-25 with at least one full year of college remaining and at least a 2.5 GPA

Prize: $500

Deadline: March 30th


Frame My Future Contest

Details: Submit an original creation explaining what you hope to accomplish in your life (both personal and professional) after college. You may use poetry, photography, ink, collage, painting, mixed media, or graphic design.

Eligibility: Open to any legal U.S. resident who will be a full-time student at a U.S. college or university in the 2019-20 academic year

Prize: $5,000

Deadline: April 1st


AFSA Scholarship Contest

Details: Read an essay about fire sprinklers and then answer an open-book, ten-question quiz

Eligibility: Open to all high school seniors who are U.S. citizens or legal residents and planning to enroll in college by Fall 2019

Prize: $2,000

Deadline: April 1st
