Every scholarship dollar helps when paying for college, so we encourage students to apply to all opportunities available. To provide some help, we've compiled a list of college scholarships below. Read the descriptions and set aside some time to submit your applications before the corresponding deadlines. Remember, every scholarship awarded will reduce your out-of-pocket cost and help ease your mind as you plan for college.

Project Yellow Light Billboard Design Contest Scholarship

Details: Create a design to warn your peers of the dangers of texting and driving
Eligibility: Open to high school juniors and seniors and full-time undergraduate students
Amount: $2,000
Deadline: March 1, 2021

Shaw-Worth Memorial Scholarship

Details: Submit a narrative detailing your achievements and activities devoted to animal protection as well as three recommendations for further action
Eligibility: Open to New England high school seniors who have made a meaningful contribution to animal protection over a significant amount of time and will be attending college
Amount: $1,500
Deadline: March 17, 2021

Odenza Marketing Group Scholarship

Details: Write two short essays
Eligibility: Open to students ages 16-25 who have at least a 2.5 GPA
Amount: $500
Deadline: March 30, 2021

American Fire Sprinkler Association Scholarship Program

Details: Read a short essay on the topic of sprinkler and fire safety and then complete a quiz
Eligibility: Open to high school seniors who are U.S. citizens
Amount: Ten $2,000 scholarships
Deadline: April 1, 2021

Stan Yellott Scholarship Fund

Details: Submit a statement explaining your academic achievements and personal experiences, a transcript, and a teacher recommendation
Eligibility: Open to students planning to study Information Technology in college
Amount: $500
Deadline: May 15, 2021
